Terms of cancellation

A product that is not custom-made – a transaction can be canceled by giving notice to the business up to 14 days from the date the product arrives at the customer. In this case, the cancellation fee is 5% of the product value or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
For custom ordered products there is no refund.

In any case of conflict between the above and the provisions of the By-Laws, the provisions of the By-Laws shall prevail.
