ARCOCOLLECTION does everything to ensure that you receive the products you ordered as quickly as possible and without having to wait many months to receive the product.

• Product in stock – will be delivered up to 14 business days.
• Product that is in the process of production – will be delivered up to 30 business days.
• Product that is custom-made – will be delivered up to 45 days.

shipping

• The shipping cost is not included in the price of the products and is charged separately.
  The cost of assembling and installation depends on the nature of the product. The pricing for them will be done directly and individually with the company.
• Hadera to Gedera – 400 NIS | Haifa and the area – 600 NIS | Beer Sheva and the area – 600 NIS | The Golan Heights and the area – 800 NIS | Eilat and the area – NIS 950
• Products from the accessories and kitchen category – up to 500 NIS shipping will cost 50 NIS, over 500 NIS shipping cost is free.

transport and assembly

• In accordance with the rates set in the terms and conditions.
• Self-collection – by prior arrangement with the business. Please note: No warranty will be given for furniture that has not been transported and / or assembled by the business.

Terms of cancellation

• A product that is not custom-made – a transaction can be canceled by giving notice to the business up to 14 days from the date the product arrives at the customer. In this case, the cancellation fee is 5% of the product value or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
  For custom ordered products there is no refund.
  For details and expansion, see the site’s regulations in the chapter on placing orders, payment, product delivery, transportation and installations, and in the chapter “Cancellation terms”. In any case of conflict between the above and the provisions of the By-Laws, the provisions of the By-Laws shall prevail.
